Section 33-10-9 - Submission Requirements9.1. All applicants shall make a proposal to the department on prescribed forms as published by the department. All proposals shall meet submission requirements established by the department to be eligible for funding. Proposals shall be received by the Department on or before 5:00 p.m. on the first business day in July.9.2. All applicants shall submit a copy of their proposal to the county or regional solid waste authority in which the proposed project is located. 9.3. Proposals received by the department after the submission deadline shall not be considered for funding.
