Section 33-4-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This legislative rule establishes requirements for the proper storage, handling, recycling, and disposal of lead acid batteries.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code '20-11-8(c).

1.3. Filing Date. -- May 20, 1994.

1.4. Effective Date. -- June 1, 1994.
