Section 29-1-8 - Reinstatement of Expired Licenses8.1. The Board may reinstate a license expired for more than one year but fewer than five years if the licensee:8.2. Pays to the Board a reinstatement fee equal to the renewal fee in effect on the last regular renewal date immediately preceding the date of reinstatement, and the license reinstatement fee stated in section 11 of this rule; and 8.2.1. Completes 10 clock hours of approved continuing education per year that the license was expired up to a maximum of 25 hours. The applicant shall submit verification of the required continuing education as part of the license reinstatement process. The continuing education shall include one clock hour of ethics training per year that the license was expired up to a maximum of two hours as stated in section 14 of this rule.
