Investigative Committee. Committee established to review and investigate complaints filed with the board against licensees.
The committee will consist of four (4), but not limited to four (4), licensed professional counselors.
The duty of this committee will be to make a preliminary evaluation of a complaint and to ascertain and report to the Board factual information related to the complaint.
The recommendations of the Investigative Committee are advisory only. The Investigative Committee will hold all information concerning all complains submitted for their review and recommendations to be confidential.
