Scope. -- This rule establishes guidelines for the training, examination and procedures by which animal euthanasia techniciansmay be certified by the West Virginia Board of Veterinary Medicineand establishes approved methods of animal euthanasia and expands as well as defines qualifications for certified animal euthanasia.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 30-10-6.1.3. Filing Date. -- April 23, 2018.1.4. Effective Date. -- July 1, 2018.1.5. Sunset Provision. -- This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect on July 1, 2028.
