Section 26-3-5 - Veterinary Technician Jurisprudence Examination Procedure5.1. Jurisprudence examinations shall be taken online.5.2. Jurisprudence examinations shall cover the laws governing veterinary technology in the State of West Virginia.5.3. The Board shall notify the applicant of the jurisprudence examination results the day of the examination.5.4. If an applicant fails the examination, the test may be retaken once within 30 days and no sooner than 7 days.5.5. Examinations are the property of the Board and shall not be duplicated in any form.
