Section 23-3-9 - Depositions and Discovery9.1. Evidentiary depositions may be taken on a voluntary basis and read or otherwise included into evidence as in civil actions in the circuit courts of this state. Neither the Board nor the professional surveyor who is the subject of a disciplinary action is entitled to subpoena witnesses for purposes of discovery depositions.
