Section 22-3-7 - Right of Appeal7.1. Any person aggrieved or having an interest adversely affected_by a decision of the director relative to his or her certification as a certified logger shall have the right to appeal the order pursuant to the provisions of W. Va. Code §19-1B-1010, W. Va. Code § 19-1B-11, W. Va. Code § 51-11-1et seq. or W. Va. Code § 29A-5-4, as applicable.
