Section 203-1-2 - Definitions

2.1. "Fund" means the West Virginia Courthouse facilities improvement fund established in accordance with W. Va. Code § 29-26-6.

2.2. "Project" means any courthouse facilities modification or construction project, or any combination thereof, proposed by any county applicant.
