Section 20-3-3 - Fee Required

Based on an annual fee of $35.00, any person issued a permit, certificate, or license in accordance with this Emergency rule shall pay a one-time fee of $52.50 which shall be valid for the 18 month period from July 1, 2010 to December 31, 2011.
