Section 2-2-11 - Notification to NCARB11.1. When the Board issues a decision and final order, either by agreement or after proceedings, that results in disciplinary action against a licensee, the Board shall promptly send a copy of that decision and order to NCARB, and shall supply any other relevant documentation that may reasonably be requested.
