Section 190-2-3 - Exceptions to License Requirement3.1. In addition to the exceptions of the W. Va. Code § 30-38-1(c), this rule does not apply to a person licensed to practice public accountancy as defined in W. Va. Code § 30-9-3, including the performance of a business evaluation; Provided, that the exception does not apply to federally related transactions as defined in Title XI of the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989, 12 U.S.C. §§ 3331-3351, as amended by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010.
