Section 189-3-13 - Request for Proposals and Contractor Selection

When contracting for the development of mapping services, the assessor shall develop a request for proposals (RFP) that embodies the technical and cartographic specifications set forth in this regulation. See Standard on Contracting for Assessment Services (lAAO 2002). The assessors may request sample RFP's from the Property Tax Division, Department of Revenue.
