Section 187-1-12 - Request for Information12.1. The Board may in the conduct of its duties require cable operators in West Virginia and those cable operators applying for franchise agreements within West Virginia, to provide information and documents as may be necessary to meet the responsibilities of the Board and objectives of the West Virginia Cable Television Systems Act.W.
