Section 179-2-4 - Discovery4.1. Subsequent to the receipt of an appeal petition by the director, the parties may employ pre-hearing discovery measures. The hearing examiner will recognize an informal set of guidelines based on the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure as a model.
