Section 178-3-8 - Committees and Subcommittees8.1. Any committee, subcommittee or other subunit formed or appointed by the Commission to make decisions for or recommendations to the Commission shall be subject to the requirements of the Open Governmental Proceedings Act, West Virginia Code §§ 6-9A-1et seq., and this procedural rule.
