There shall be provided by the promoting corporation a sufficient number of sanitation buckets for the use of all contestants. Promoters shall also provide fans, powdered resin for canvas, stools for seconds and such other articles as are required in the conduct of a contest. A bucket used by a contestant shall not be used again until it has been washed and sterilized.
