Section 175-8-13 - Hearing and Appeal Procedure

13.1. All hearings and appeals shall be held pursuant to W. Va. Code '60-9-5 and Legislative Rule, Title 175, Series 10, Procedural Rules for the Alcohol Beverage Control Commissioner.
