Section 171-2-12 - Service Of Subpoenas, Notices And Orders

All subpoenas for parties or witnesses, and all notices and orders which are required to be served shall be served by delivering a copy thereof by registered mail to the party to be served, or in the manner prescribed by W. Va. Code '56-2-1.
