Section 167-2-2 - Definitions
2.1. "Council" means the West Virginia Infrastructure and Jobs Development Council created and established under W. Va. Code '31-15A-1 et seq.
2.2. "Consolidation Committee" means the consolidation committee of the Council.
2.3. "Funding Committee" means the funding committee of the Council.
2.4. "Governing Body" means the Council, the Consolidation Committee or the Funding Committee.
