Section 158-20-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This legislative rule relates to forms created by the Ethics Commission for filings by public servants and lobbyists.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §§ 6B-2-2(a), 6B-2A-1 and 6B-3-2.

1.3. Filing Date. -- April 22,2011

1.4. Effective Date. -- May 1,2011
