Section 158-18-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This legislative rule establishes a procedure for providing mandatory ethics training to designated public officials.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 6B-2-5b.

1.4. Effective Date. -- July 1, 2006.
