Section 158-15-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This legislative rule sets forth the guidelines for conducting audits of registration statements and reports filed by lobbyists under this chapter.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 6B-3-11.

1.3. Filing Date. -- April 14, 2006.

1.4. Effective Date. -- July 1, 2006.
