Section 158-5-20 - Conciliation Agreements20.1. At any stage of the proceedings, the commission may enter into a conciliation agreement with a respondent if such agreement is deemed by a majority of the members of the commission to be in the best interest of the state and the respondent.20.2. Any conciliation agreement must be disclosed to the public.20.3. Upon acceptance of a conciliation agreement, a majority of the members of the commission may elect to impose one or more of the sanctions provided in the preceding section.W. Va. Code R. § 158-5-20
