Section 157-6-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This legislative rule establishes general rules pertaining to the use of state road rights of way and adjacent areas.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 17-1-1et seq.; § 17-3-9; §§ 17-4-1, 2, 39, 40, and 45; § 17-16-1et seq.; § 17-20-1et seq.; § 17-22-1et seq.; § 17-23-1et seq.; § 17-23-1et seq.; and § 17-24-1et seq.

1.3. Filing Date. - March 18, 2020.

1.4. Effective Date. - March 18, 2020

1.5. Sunset Provision -_This rule Shall terminate and have no further force and effect March 18, 2025.
