Section 156-2-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This procedural rule establishes requirements for notice of meetings and general rules for conduct of said meetings.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §§ 6-9A-1, et seq., 6C-3-1.

1.3. Filing Date. -- March 26, 2008.

1.4. Effective Date. -- April 28, 2008.
