Section 155-10-2 - Applicability

2.1. This procedural rule applies to all law enforcement agencies located in the State of West Virginia that are authorized to initiate criminal, civil or administrative forfeiture pursuant to the "West Virginia Contraband Forfeiture Act" (W.Va. Code § 60A-7-701et seq.).
