Section 155-9-12 - Chief Accountability Officer

12.1. Each state grantor agency shall designate a Chief Accountability Officer, to the extent possible from within its existing staff, who shall serve as a liaison to the State Auditor and shall be responsible for the state agency's implementation of and compliance with the law, rules, and terms of grants. Such position may be held concurrently with any other designated position.
