Section 155-9-1 - General1.1. Scope. -- This rule establishes standards and procedures for recipients of state funds and grants to account for the manner in which those funds are spent, in addition to outlining procedures for the stop payment of grant awards, state grant debarment process, grant fund recovery, and conflict of interest policies.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 12-4-14.1.3. Filing Date. -- May 4, 2022.1.4. Effective Date. -- August 1, 2022.1.5. Sunset Provision. - This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect on August 1, 2027.
