Section 155-6-1 - General1.1. Scope. -- This legislative rule is an explanation and clarification of operative procedures for the Local Government Purchasing Card Program. This program provides the preferred method of payment for goods and services.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 6-9-2a.1.3. Filing Date. -- March 30, 20201.4. Effective Date. -- March 31, 20201.5. Sunset Date. -- This Rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect on March 31, 2025.
