Section 151-5-6 - Decisions6.1. All official decisions of the Advisory Board shall require the affirmative vote of a majority of the members present and voting at a meeting at which a quorum is present. Each member shall be entitled to one vote on each question before the Advisory Board. Nothing in this rule shall be construed to prohibit or restrict any individual Advisory Board member or members from conveying their personal opinions, advice or recommendations to the Director on any matter regarding the administration and management of the West Virginia Public Employees Insurance Agency.
