Section 150-37-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- These rules are promulgated to effectuate W. Va Code § 24-2E-3.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §§ 24-2E-3, 24-1-7, 24-2-1 and 24-2-6.

1.3. Filing Date. -- September 8, 2022.

1.4. Effective Date. -- September 8, 2022.

1.5. Sunset provision. This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect on August 1, 2026.
