Section 150-18-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This legislative rule establishes the procedures and requirements and the terms of compensation for a carrier to obtain access to the lines and facilities of a rail carrier located in the State of West Virginia pursuant to the legislative mandate in W. Va. Code '24-3-3b.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code ''24-1-1, 24-1-7, 24-2-7, 24-3-3b.

1.3. Filing Date. -- October 13, 1987.

1.4. Effective Date. -- December 12, 1987.
