Section 150-16-8 - Existing Transportation Arrangements8.1. All transportation arrangements pursuant to contracts which were executed and made effective prior to May 11, 1987, are exempt from the rate requirements of this rule, unless renegotiated to conform to such requirements, until the expiration of the term of the agreement as it existed on May 11, 1987. Except as otherwise specifically exempted by these rules, all other provisions of these transportation rules shall apply to existing transportation arrangements.W. Va. Code R. § 150-16-8
