Section 150-1-3 - RecordsThe Executive Secretary shall keep and index the following records:
3.1. Formal Docket stating each formal case of complaint, investigation, application or petition, with a file number corresponding to the number of the case, together with brief chronological notations of the proceedings in the case.3.2. Order Books recording, on the day of filing, all recommended and final Commission orders. The Executive Secretary shall keep and maintain separate Order Books for utility and motor carrier orders, and for General Orders.
