Section 148-20-1 - General

1.1. Scope and Purpose. -- This rule provides information and guidance for the sale or lease of lands or minerals by the Public Land Corporation.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §§ 5A-11-1 through 5A-11-8.

1.3. Filing Date. -- April 11, 2008.

1.4. Effective Date. -- July 1, 2008.
