Section 144-1-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This legislative rule governs the application and award criteria for disbursement of direct advertising grants for regional advertising from the "tourism promotion fund."

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §§ 5B-2-9 and 5B-2-12.

1.3. Filing Date. -- April 12, 2016.

1.4. Effective Date. -- April 15,2016.
