Section 142-1-2 - Definition
When used in these Rules and Regulations:
2.1. Attorney General. -- The term "Attorney General" shall mean the Attorney General of West Virginia and shall include such qualified personnel in his office who act under the direction and supervision of the Attorney General and for whose acts he is responsible.
