Section 141-82-3 - DISTRIBUTION FORMULA

a. Detailed breakdown with quantities furnished is indicated in Annexes A and B of this regulation.

b. Each addressee listed under a symbol in this regulation is identified by a number. When, in connection with the need-to-know distribution policy, it is desirable to omit certain addressees, the deletion may be indicated as in the following example: A (less 8, 12 and 13).

c. Special distribution may be used as appropriate to include using the routine distribution formula and then adding or minusing certain items; i.e.. Distribution A, plus First U.S. Army or Distribution A (less item 12). The correct mailing addresses must be furnished for addressees not included in the normal distribution formulas.
