Section 141-72-8 - State Operating Budget Mark-Up

Following receipt of NGB mark-up of the State Operating Budget, a PBAC meeting will be held for the purpose of resolving priority conflicts and determining quarterly distribution requirements. If there is an unsettled disagreement, the matter will be forwarded to the STARC Commander, WVARNG, for resolution.
