Section 141-72-3 - Objectives:

a. Develop budget estimates and operating budgets that will represent the cost and related funding requirements necessary to accomplish the command objectives.

b. Assign the responsibilities for formulation and execution of the State Operating Budget.

c. To provide an effective means for financial management, operation and utilization of federal funds to achieve maximum efficiency.
