To establish policy for the West Virginia National Guard Parachute Demonstration Team, hereinafter referred to as The Green Beret Parachute Team (GBPT) and to provide procedural guidance on utilization of this team in support of recruiting activities for the West Virginia National Guard. (This team was formerly known as the "Cardinals.")
