Section 141-60-9 - Reports of Unsafe or Unhealthful Conditions

Reports of unsafe or unhealthful working conditions are important in detecting hazards that may cause accidents. Such reports will be handled at the operating level to insure prompt and efficient processing. Individuals should bring complaints directly to the State Safety Office concerning unsafe or unhealthful working conditions. Reporting procedures are outlined in paragraph 3-5, AR 385-10.
