Section 14-11-2 - Definitions2.1. "Certificate Holder" means a licensee who has met the requirements of this rule and has been issued an Injectable Pharmaceutical Agents Certificate by the Board.2.2. "Adverse Reaction" For the purposes of this rule, an adverse reaction shall be defined as any reaction that causes injury to a patient as the result of the medical intervention by injection.
