Section 14-10-4 - Drug Diversion Training and Best Practice Prescribing of Controlled Substances4.1. A person who receives his or her initial license to practice optometry shall complete two (2) hours of continuing education in drug diversion training and best practice prescribing of controlled substances training within one year of receiving his or her license.
