Section 135-23-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This rule establishes basic guidelines and standards for institutional admissions policies for community and technical colleges.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §§ 18B-1-1A; 18B-2B-6; 18B-3C-2.
