Section 135-18-1 - General

1.1. Scope. This rule governs assignment of academic credit and financing noncredit instruction.

1.2. Authority. West Virginia Code § 18B-2B-6

1.3. Filing Date. August 24, 2016.

1.4. Effective Date. September 26, 2016.

1.5. Repeal of Former Rule. -- Repeals and replaces Title 135, Series 18 which had an effective date of January 12, 2006.
