Section 135-1-5 - Revision of Formula5.1. The Council is to review the secondary/postsecondary split formula every three fiscal years to determine if changes are needed.5.2. The Council may change die formula as needed to reflect changes in Federal or State Law.5.3. Any revisions must be approved by the State Board of Education.
