Section 133-52-7 - Dissemination of Institutional Information7.1. The Commission shall make available to the public information on matters of institutional performance that are not confidential and not restricted by federal or state laws or regulations. Such information may be posted on the Commission's website or disseminated through other appropriate venues.7.2.
