Section 133-34-3 - Administration

3.1. The Vice Chancellor for Administration shall be responsible for overseeing the Medical Student Loan Program.

3.2. The West Virginia University School of Medicine, the Marshall University School of Medicine, and the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicuie shall be responsible for awarding loans to medical students at their respective institutions and for collecting loan payments.
